Updates at the Hiland Office Jan 6, 2020

Hiland Water offices are updating their phone system on Monday, January 6, 2020.  We have planned and prepared for minimal outages, however, please be prepared for unforeseen outages. Thank you.

When calling the office, please press "0", "1", or stay on the line to connect to the front desk.  We are working on a fix for this issue.

Holiday Hours

The Office will be closing at noon on 12-24-2019 And will be closed on 12-25-2019 so our staff can enjoy the holidays with their families, we will be open normal business hours on Thursday 12-26-2019  happy holidays

The Office will be closed Thursday 28th  and Friday the 29th.

Power Outage at the Office

Hiland Water offices are without power today.  Phone and internet communication has been interrupted.  Emergency phone calls will still be routed to our answering service and payments can still be made online.
