We are aware of a severe mainline leak in Shady Cove affecting service to all water customers served from our mainline line in the vicinity of Highway 62 south of the Rogue River. Our emergency repair crew is being dispatched and currently mobilizing in order to repair the leak and restore service as soon as possible. Due to the nature and location of the leak, work is expected to start on site as soon as there is daylight, Sunday, April 16. To those who are affected by this outage, we apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
